The chill of the Yiga hideout is chased away outside as the clan burns small fires around the pit in the center of their hideout to stave off the cold. Even in the middle of the day, as summer draws to a close, the hideout becomes cold. And should they burn a fire too big, they risk drawing attention to themselves. Footsoldiers sit cross legged next to each other, talking quietly among themselves as an off-duty blade master may occasionally walk by and sit down to join in on the conversation.
The count for the Yiga was high this week, but unfortunately, so are civilian suspicions. Luckily, as they sit bored around the hideout, there'll at least be something different happening around here. Usually silence is embraced, occasionally filled with laughter or chuckles, but due to their active life style, more than a few days inside this hideout can cause quite a build up of energy. Other Yiga that aren't warming up next to the fire are off a little bit from their groups, wrestling and sparring with each other.
Everyone is in good spirits and waiting for the night to fall.
Decided to make a thread for the Yiga so they can celebrate in safety. It's your hideout fellas. Be wherever.

What an absolutely disgusting display of "skill" come back when you think you're actually worth something. โผ NOTES: | Axel's eyes scanned the open area of the hideout, watching the small fires crackle with gentle flickering, the Yiga around them sharing stories of ... whatever they wanted to talk about. He crossed his arms and stayed in his little vantage point, atop one of the structures that housed a lantern used to light the area. Tapping his foot, he seemed to deadpan as he heard a playful threat or two thrown around.
These sorts of activities were just... not his cup of fucking tea. Sliding down the sloped top of the structure, Axel fell to the ground and landed with a soft thud, and without hesitation, turned to walk back inside of the hideout for now. Currently, he wasn't on patrols, and since they couldn't really be doing anymore missions of the sort, there wasn't really much for Axel to do. He could spar, but that could end up just making his aggression worse in the end. Come to think of it, Mot was great for sparring against.
Heading off to a more open area of the hideout, Axel called Mot to him, watching the bear rise up from his summon and let out a long, albeit somehow aggressive, yawn. Reaching out, he placed his hand on the muzzle of the massive beast, running his thumb over the scars on the bear. Wordlessly, Axel gave Mot a good thump on the muzzle to signify he wants to fight him, but Mot did nothing, giving Axel a tired look, asking if he really had to. "Fine, you win. I suppose it is a little early." He muttered, just opting to flop down next to his familiar, back to the wall, legs crossed. |

Pain can be so addicting, can't it? What a day it had been and what a better evening it had become. All except for the cold air moving through the clans hideout. Nils was NOT the biggest fan but the stories passed around by fellow foot soldiers helped distract him. Yet it was strange... Nils wasn't his normal self. He wasn't seen walking so close to Axels backside like normal. Perhaps it was the seasonal change taking effect?
The obsessed Nils sat back, watching the fire as his familiar came and laid at his side. His hand slowly finding it's way to her fur; rubbing between her ears with a soft smile.
"Hey girl... You cold too?" His smile frowned as a foot Soldier bumped into him, laughing. Nils gave a snicker as the soldier began to walk away only to swing his scythe out for him to trip over resulting in laughter from more then just himself.
Notes: I think Nils is sick.

What an absolutely disgusting display of "skill" come back when you think you're actually worth something. โผ NOTES:Notewords | Axel didn't have much time to his self before one of the other blade masters sauntered along to ruin the glorious silence of his day. This blade master was also the same that he had demolished all those years ago to prove his self to the old Yiga master. And this other male still wore the scar from that fight. Axel's aggression showed tried and true in combat as he kept his cool, but at the same time, kept a constant push of attacks on him, backing off when needed, but only for short periods of time.
Now here he was, asking if he wanted to spar with him. The younger, albeit much larger man just raised an eyebrow, standing to his full height before looking down at him. "If it will shut you up." He finally agreed after a moment of consideration. The other Blade Masters around here had a way of annoying him into fighting with them. Begrudgingly, Axel and Mot made their way back outside, looking between the other spars happening and everything seemed to have gone a little quiet when the two walked in. Axel's massive bear sauntered over and sat where he blocked the wind from blowing directly onto Nils.
The damn bear was acting on Axel's subconscious. While he was grateful that the stupid kid was out of his ass, he was also sort of disturbed by it. Was that brat sick? By Ganon's tusks, he better not spread it to him. His hands clenched momentarily as he shot a dark look over to the silver haired runt, the other blade master's question making him finally turn back to him. Of course, always take your fights outside. Fight inside the base and it's just too small for Axel to fully wrestle in. Now if it was with an intruder, he'd be more than willing to take advantage of the tight corridors and beat someone's head into a wall, but, that's just how the damned cookie crumbled.
And Axel never seemed to be able to hold a cookie in one piece for very long.
The two men showed their weapons to each other and tossed them to the side, seeming to stare at each other for several minutes before Axel's aggressive initiative took hold. The large man put his self low, using all of his weight to slam the other Blade Master into the ground, both of them quickly tangling in each other, fighting to get the pin. Axel never took things lightly, especially sparring. He had a rough image to keep up, and he wasn't going to let it fall to the same guy he's beat several times before. Using his size and weight, Axel bore down on him, keeping an arm between his thighs in a iron grip, crushing the other man's back into the ground, holding him in position while he struggled to break free of the pin.
They went on like this for a bit until the smaller man writhed free, both of them standing, gripping each other's shoulders, digging their feet into the ground and Axel letting out a ferocious growl to the other man, bearing his teeth, the scars on his nose almost disappearing into the scowl across his face. The spar went on, slowly getting more violent as time went on until they were throwing fists, kicks and each other around. In the end, Axel came out on top, panting down at the man underneath of him, dropping his fist to his side rather than punching him in his obnoxious face one more time.
"Good fight!"
Axel snorted at the compliment and stood up off of the man. The other taking Axel dropping his fist as a sign that there weren't any hard feelings there that weren't before. Without hesitation, Axel turned away and walked back towards Mot, the large bear letting out a grumbling yawn once again as Axel approached him and the two small creatures next to him. |

Pain can be so addicting, can't it? Nils picked his head up as Mot claimed the space next to him and smiled as the cold subsided a little, resting his head against him before realizing what was about to happen. Two blademasters were about to get it on and not in a sexual manner. He sat up, still against Mot to see what would unfold and his lips curled to a grin as the fighting began. There was nothing better then watching Axel fight and nothing made him feel as warm inside as it did. This... This is hot as fuck! His eyes flared with excitement as the mood picked up. Each hit that Axel landed only made him squirm here and there. Nils finally had to change his position to finish watching the fight so that none could see and make jokes. Before he knew it, the fight had come to an end but his blood was still pumping in a rush. Nils lifted his head, watching as Axel made his way ever so closely to them. "That fight was great... Not that you wouldn't already know..."

What an absolutely disgusting display of "skill" come back when you think you're actually worth something. โผ NOTES:Notewords | Axel had already gained a grip on Mot's jaw, attempting to pull him along so they could go back to their solitude, but he didn't budge. Damn these familiars sometimes. They were closely bound to their other halves, their "masters for a better term. They were so closely bound, that they took on a form like a spirit animal, knew what their subconscious wanted, had an undying loyalty and had a life force based off of their masters. If the master were to die at any point, the familiar too, would also die.
Mot knew that Axel just wanted to sit down. They were both pretty much nocturnal, and would much rather be awake and moving at night than be doing stuff during the day time. The bear once again yawned, signaling that Axel his self was also tired. So tired he didn't fight the bear anymore and sat in front of him with a heavy flop. "Sure." he responded. Axel was a war machine, and knew that the man across from him got a good kick out of watching fights. "Nothing new though. I don't understand. If you beat them into the ground more than once already, why would they challenge you again?" He growled out, sighing when Mot laid down, still providing a good amount of cover for Nils and his Coyote, should they stay sitting. |

The usual nip in the air takes on the characteristics of what is more like a bite as the temperature drops a little more. In the desert, the sun is setting but still shining bright enough to provide light across the wide, barren land. But the shadows of the highlands, as mighty as ever, make sure that the temperature there begins to fall before the desert does. As the brightest of the stars out there begin to light up, so does the moon. Those on high ground can watch as the larger than usual moon begins to rise.
Those that are observant can notice a slight change among the clan's temperaments.
carry on, carry on. Just moving things along The Yiga here will get the same reward as the normal thread, just in a different manner. Yup!

death walks among you
Nyx walked into the hide out and scanned the room. Several footsoldiers were seen sitting around a fire and she took note of Axel and Nils sitting near one another with their friends.
Groaning, she walked over to a wall near the fire and took a seat. Masanori was no where to be seen... Well, Master Ryuu that is. Then again, it didn't bother her at the moment so she sighed, letting her head fall back against the stone and closing her eyes. Small droplets of blood remaining on her face from her most recent adventure. ulla

Nyx ๐Axel HaganeNils Evenhardt ๐กHilariously enough, a bunch of almost drunk foot soldiers were successful in beating down and ganking a bunch of bottles from a delivery cart in the desert. Apparently they did it just cause they had the free time to do so and were allowed. Whatever, free bottle I suppose? Event rewards: 1 Empty Bottle Be sure to put it in your inventory! Feel free to create a continuation thread in this board if you wish!
