Shortly after the Talus hits the ground a different type of rumbling can be heard from beneath the earth, the creature was up to something for sure. It lets out several grunts of pain as it is hit by an arrow and then again by a well-placed air slash. As the talus rests there it gets head in the head by one of its own stones it had just recently thrown, chipping off a portion of its head, revealing more glowing blue rock underneath. The dust begins to settle soon after this collision and the creature becomes more visible to the party. The elemental’s plan soon becomes apparent as it gets itself back onto its feet. It had pulled rock from the earth and recreated its arms. It was ready to dish out some more abuse. As the Talus rises, the gorons arrive. “Brothers! We will try to keep this thing busy, do what you can to do as much damage as you can. And do it quickly! This thing doesn’t look happy.” The gorons then grab small boulders and start chucking them at the elemental to grab its attention, which seems to be effective as shortly after they begin the talus swings a newly formed arm towards them.
The rito are successful at avoiding any major damage from the talus' attack Lavi - minor blunt trauma from kissing a wall Lelana - Healthy Ezekiel Griswold - moderate blunt trauma/ 'road rash' Kida Kidan - minor bruising from previous injury Stone Talus- Dude, they cracked your face. and some annoying wannabe rock guys are throwing stuff too. hit them with your rock hands.

Ah... it was reforming. Of course it was. As if the dull pain wasn't bad enough, Lavi wasn't even certain how much damage it was really taking... at least the Lynel had had indications of it.
"No... I-I'll try and draw some attention. We need you to throw more of those rocks, so we have more spots like this," the cardinal-like Rito called out. And, in turn, he didn't waste his opportunity; one, then a second, light arrow were quickly drawn back and fired while the Talus otherwise seemed distracted, aiming straight for the glowing spot that had just been exposed. Never mind that he only had so many to give, especially if he had any hope of helping to heal after... if the stronger, and brighter, arrows drew the creature's attention, that was... fine. Probably.
...he hoped. For as long as he could possibly avoid rocks, and let them be used to expose more of the Talus's seemingly weaker insides.

Lelana felt a thrill as her plan worked, chipping away a portion of the Talus’…face? Either way she had succeeded in exposing a weakness and now it could be monopolized on by her companions and the Goron’s as they drew closer.
She scowled lightly as the Talus came up with arms re-attached from the earth. She began to skirt towards the Goron’s in the instance that the Talus would launch an attack in their direction. She would attempt again to punt a rock back via the ice structure should the Talus release another one of his arms. Until then she would stay back, close enough to be of aid in a serious injury but also far enough that unless the Talus directly chucked a boulder at her she should, hopefully, only have to evade smaller rocks.
● TAGGED ● Lelana is keeping a close eye on the talus for when it launches another attack●

Time to spread my wings Oh thank god. There were gorons here now. As those giant, glorious, rocky bastards drew the Talus's attention, Zeke worked his way to somewhere safer to reconsider his next move. If he could get up to the same rock ledge he was on before, he could probably get a few rock throws in. It'd be better than old arrows, and being higher up gave him better aim, and the rocks more momentum.
Looking back to where he started, Zeke waited until the tell tale sounds of a Talus slamming it's arm to start making his way towards where he started. Climbing would be agony with fractured ribs, but it wasn't the worst pain he'd ever felt. The only problem was that he had to work his way back over there thanks to all the ground he had covered trying to distract and keep the stupid thing's attention. It wasn't too far, but it felt like it was forever away.

Kida smiled with glee as the rock collided with the creature’s face, as chunks of its face falls off kida notices a shining blue spot on the face similar to that that was on the top of the head. Kida notices the gorons launching bolder at this creature, "now is my chance" kida mutters as she dives for the creature she would only get one shot at this so she better make it count. Kida swings around the creature to close to were the weak point is and unleashes her magic aimed directly at the weak point, not waiting to see if it hit kida darts upwards ready for her next assult on this creature
, as Kida shoots upwards she attempts to fly in an evasive and alert manner, wary of flying debris and attempting to avoid being clobbered by one of the arms

The Talus swings wildly at the gorons below it, temporarily oblivious to everything else around it. This worked out in the attacking ritos’ favor as 2 light arrows and a wind slash find their mark in the elemental’s newly formed weak spot, making it crack and spread a bit further.
In retaliation the Talus flails one of its arms up high, catching Kida unprepared as she darts upwards after releasing her spell. The purple bird finds herself replicating Zeke’s earlier dive with almost as much grace.
As the crack begins to worsen over the Talus’ body some of the smaller rocks making it up begin to fall away from it, an apparent weakening of the magic holding it together. The gorons pick up more rocks to throw at the talus, “Keep it up brothers! This has to be a good sign!”
Lavi - minor wall related trauma Lelana - Healthy Ezekiel Griswold - moderate blunt trauma/ 'road rash' Kida Kidan- moderate blunt trauma/ 'road rash', comparatively irrelevant bruising from before Stone Talus- Boi...

It was definitely getting hurt... well, that, at least, was a plus. And the Gorons were still able to toss boulders freely enough, though the other Rito seemed to take a bit of a hit. So far, so good... probably. It wasn't done yet, though... but if it could be soon...
"See if you can get its legs! It shouldn't matter if it makes that mist again... we have a target already," Lavi called out to suggest. How precisely that was supposed to work... he wasn't completely certain, in all honesty. Boulders, probably, since his arrow earlier hadn't seemed to accomplish anything. But he could still do his own part all the same, quickly enough firing off one more light arrow to around where the stone was cracking, in the hopes of harming the Talus, and just as well widening the crack, at least a little more.
That he was flying in a little closer had... no real shortage of danger to it, he was well aware as he gulped down what felt like a ball of nervousness, but if he could draw its attention up, then perhaps it would be easier to bring down. At least, such was his thought...

Lelana saw it all happen in what seemed like minutes to the actual seconds. The stones going up to hit Kida again, the major fracturing to the talus, and Lavi calling for someone to try and knock the stone giant off its feet. She couldn’t do anything about her comrades injuries that were in the Sky, the Hylian seemed to be managing and the Gorons where busy bashing at the Talus. If she could make this shot it was possible she could disable the giant to allow for a counter push from the party.
Making her way towards some of the fallen boulders, Lelana attempts to repeat her early attempt at throwing rocks. She built an ice wall to angle sharply and quickly to hit one of the boulders on its side and redirect it toward the talus’ legs. Let’s see if her shot would bring the Talus down.

Time to spread my wings Things might have been starting to look up, it seemed. Zeke was able to make it to the cliff facing across from the Talus and begin to climb it. He had to be careful, but once again, it wasn't anything he wasn't used to. The snow and ice only accumulated on certain ledges of the cliff facing, and with Zeke's ribs screaming at him, it made focusing a little more difficult than it should have been, but he made it.
As he got to the top of the cliff, he stood up and immediately lifted a rock, throwing it across the way and at the Talus. He'd have to be careful, and he could only throw when he was sure one of the Rito wouldn't take a dive, or that one of the Goron wasn't gonna try to jump on it's back. But this was the best way to put gravity to use, especially when he was hurting like he was. The last thing he really wanted to do was take another cold, biting ride against the rough ground of the Scablands once again.
He'd had pretty much all that he could have had with being thrown about like a damn ragdoll. Once was more than enough.

Kida hits the ground relitively hard, "not my best idea" she groans as she stands up. she watches as more boulders fly towards the creature’s face. Kida gets a very stupid idea, she grabs her spear and flies up, now was gut check time.
Kida waits as she see the hylian throw a boulder towards the creature. Now was her chance, Kida dives for the creature using the sun to hide her. She atemptes to drive her spear into the creature. Kida relased her spear and flies away. She learned from the last time to not stay to close to the creature.
